SF Promotes Healthy Habits

SF Environment - Zero Waste Campaign
San Francisco is rolling out a new recycling system over the next years. Citizen is scoped to create a campaign to target specific zip codes (where the rollout is happening) with a multi-cultural approach and bring awareness to the bin/system change. For Phase 1, Citizen targeted the English and Chinese speaking audience and designed in-language creatives that are culturally relevant. A mix of OOH and geo-fenced paid digital/social media was implemented. Results for Phase 1: Over 21 MM impressions in Richmond and Sunset.

SFHSS - Wellbeing
Play Your Way (Physical Activity Campaign/Challenge) Developed the campaign identity and messaging to promote physical activity to SFHSS members. Citizen designed the campaign materials, which encourage people to sign up for the 30-day Challenge. Results: 2,208 members participated and 62% said it created a habit of moving more.
Eat Better, Feel Better (Nutrition Campaign/Challenge) Developed a campaign to promote eating more fruits and vegetables. Citizen designed all the print materials, electronic materials, and web pages. It encouraged members to sign up for the Colorful Choices challenge. Results: 69% increase in eating at least 2 srv of fruit/day & 72% increase in eating at least 3 srv of vegetable/day
Live, Feel, Be Better Every Day 2018 (Heart Health Campaign) Developed a campaign that raises awareness of heart risk indicators and promotes healthy behavior.
Recharge (Relaxation Campaign) Developed a campaign to encourage SFHSS members to relax/reduce stress by adopting breathing or stretch techniques at work.
