Citizen has helped Health Mart tell their story through integrated and targeted local campaigns that elevate the profiles of Health Mart pharmacists in their communities. Through a mix of broadcast, digital, and social media activities, it also asks residents to nominate caregivers in their communities that are local heroes through “The Champions of Care Challenge.” These activities, together with videos, social activation, and a marketing toolkit, provide Health Mart pharmacies the flexibility to market their services and create a stronger personal connection while reinforcing Health Mart’s overall brand position: “The heart of community care.”
